You need enough to place an order and set a stop loss. Everything else is in the alert. That said, the members who do best are the ones who size positions the way we suggest instead of doubling up after a loss — that habit matters more than experience.

Majors, minors and crosses on the forex side; gold, WTI crude and Brent crude on the commodity side. We add index setups occasionally when the macro picture is clear, but they are never the core of the service.

Around the London open and the New York open, which is when the moves we trade actually happen. Expect four to eight forex setups in a normal week and two to five commodity setups. We would rather skip a session than force a trade.

Yes. The first five live signals are open to anyone with a free account, and the full results archive is public. Nothing is hidden behind the paywall except the rest of the current feed.

No, and you should leave any service that does. Trading leveraged products carries substantial risk and you can lose your whole deposit. We publish our losing months in the same detail as the winning ones so you can judge us on evidence.

There is one target on every signal, published with the entry, and the trade is closed there in full. We do not run a ladder of partial exits: a single take profit means the number you see on the signal is the number the published record is measured against. Once price is halfway to that target we move the stop to the entry, so the rest of the trade cannot lose.

Four to eight. In a quiet week it can be three, in a volatile one it can be nine. We do not have a quota, and volume is never the target.

London and New York, plus the overlap between them. Occasionally an Asian-session breakout carries into London and we publish it early, but we do not trade the Asian range for its own sake.

The web feed and the Telegram broadcast fire at the same second a setup is confirmed. Most members act within the first minute, and our published entries allow for reasonable slippage.

Skip it. Every alert states an exact entry, and chasing a price that has already moved is the fastest way to turn our record into something that looks nothing like yours. There will be another setup.

The row stays in the feed with the outcome marked and its chart drawn to whatever actually happened — target or stop. Where our read was wrong we add a note explaining what we misjudged. Nothing is deleted or quietly re-labelled.

It is slower and driven by macro rather than chart structure. Positioning data, inventories, real yields and central-bank policy set the direction; the chart only decides the entry. Expect fewer trades with larger targets and wider stops.

Two to five. Gold usually accounts for most of them. In a week with no meaningful data release there may be only one.

The stops are wider in absolute terms because gold and crude move further, so the same percentage risk means a smaller position. The suggested risk in each alert already accounts for that — follow it and the risk per trade is the same as on forex.

Yes. Every alert flags whether a scheduled release falls inside the expected life of the trade, so you can decide whether to hold through it. For gold that usually means CPI, the Fed, and the monthly jobs report.

No — they are separate subscriptions with separate prices. Many members take both, but neither one includes the other.

No. Copy trading is a flat monthly subscription and nothing else — no performance fee, no profit split, no commission on your trades. What you pay is on the pricing table and that is the whole cost from us.

Core Majors if you want the shallowest drawdown, Metals Momentum if you can sit through a wider equity swing for a larger return, Session Breakout if you prefer frequent small trades, and Balanced Desk if you simply want to mirror everything we do. You can also split your allocation across several.

Each strategy states its own suggested minimum, from about $1,000 for Core Majors to $2,500 for Metals Momentum. Below that the position sizing gets too coarse to track the desk properly.

No. Your broker sets the spread, the commission, the swap and the fill price, and you connect at a different moment than the desk opened its own book. Expect the shape to match and the numbers to differ.

Yes, it is your account. Closing manually breaks that trade out of the strategy, so its result will differ from ours — which is fine, as long as you know that is what happened.

Disconnect from your account panel or ours; it takes effect immediately for new trades. Positions already open keep running until they close or you close them, so decide what you want to do with those.

The number is on each product page — usually two, so you can run a live account and a demo. The licence is personal and cannot be resold or shared.

No. An expert advisor automates a strategy; it does not predict the market. It can misread a regime and keep trading a losing approach until you stop it, so anything running on your account stays your responsibility to supervise.

Most are built for MT5. Where an MT4 build exists it is listed on the product page. If you are unsure, ask before buying and we will tell you plainly.

No. The e-shop is open to anyone with a free account, and nothing there requires a signal subscription to work.

The monthly plan renews until you cancel. The three and six month terms are one payment and simply end — we will remind you before they do, and nothing is taken without you starting it.

No. Access is granted the moment a payment clears and the signal feed is delivered immediately, so once a term has started it is not refundable. Please use the free tier and the public results archive to decide before you pay — that is exactly what they are there for.

Write to us and we will move the payment to another service instead. If you bought Forex Signals and would rather have Commodity Signals or Copy Trading, the amount you paid is credited to the new subscription — you pay only the difference if the new one costs more, and nothing is lost if it costs less. There is no time limit on this while your term is running, and you can do it once per term.

Yes, from your account, at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.

None from us. We take no commission on your trades and no share of your profit. Your broker's spread, swap and commission are separate and are never paid to SmartPips.

That is different from a refund and we fix it in full — a double charge, a charge after a cancellation, or a charge at the wrong amount is returned as soon as we can confirm it, with no time limit.
